Sent to Leeds City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2729017.

Both sides of the road on the part under Leeds Council control used by Uber, Amber, etc private hire vehicles as a waiting area for passengers. Cars also making illegal right turns to go to Leeds City station.
