The parked cars on both sides of the road narrow the entrance down to a single track. Cars wanting to turn into Malus Drive from the busy Row Town road suddenly have to halt if a car is coming out of Malus Drive. This has caused several ‘near misses’ especially when turning left into Malus Drive. The parked cars are worst in the evenings and weekends. This has been an escalating problem over the last couple of years and has reached crazy proportions now.
