    Newly moved in company leaving pallets in the road solely to prevent existing businesses from parking their vehicles on a public road.

    Colleagues are now having to park on the pavement due to the fact that the previously reported new business is taking up potentially 8 parking spaces with a combination of pallets filled with breeze blocks and 3 vehicles parked in 3 spaces that ha ent moved for over 5 weeks. This is all to prevent myself and other members of my company from parking in theses spaces. HOW CAN THIS BE RIGHT OR FAIR on a public highway where parking is perfectly legal!!
