Multiple vehicles, up to 4, parking in turn bay.

Multiple vehicles are parking in the turning bay. The house who own 2 of the regular vehicles in this turning bay, own a drive way. Their guests also come and park in there as well (considering the restrictions that have been in place, they have a lot of visitors). When I try to reverse out of my private parking space, in the street, this turning bay is the only hope I have to turn around and leave the street.
