Irresponsible parking

Sent to Leeds City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2717607.

Cars waiting for students to come out of the high school (weekdays 2:50pm - 3:20pm) regularly park on restricted areas (dropped kerbs, pedestrian crossing places etc). There is 1 car that repeatedly parks all 4 wheels on the pavement on the corner of Moor Allerton Avenue and Talbot Avenue which completely blocks the view for other cars and for school children wanting to cross the road. It has been reported to the high school who say it is not their place to intervene.
