Fire hydrant cover is obstructing where the water should be drawn off

Sent to Leicestershire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2717191.

Severn Trent water guys have been to sort out toilets backing up(think this is resolved now),however when they came to get water from the fire hydrant in the road ,it was impossible as the metal cover obstructs where they connect the pipe to,so they have to go down the road somewhere and fill the tank in their van.This hydrant is outside Cackle Cottage ,2 Church Hill Bagworth LE67 1DE.
