Too many entrances/exits

This area of the A5199 has, in my opinion, too many entrances/exits. It was dangerous enough when it was only Sainsbury's to consider, but now there is a petrol station on the corner of Kingston Ave and A5199 and that has an entrance and an exit. I have witnessed a number of u-turns from the southbound carriageway of the A5199 to access either the petrol station or the store. I have seen a car leaving the petrol station and driving south along the northbound carriageway to turn into Kingston Ave, probably the only exit from the station is onto the A5199 (northbound) ie no way to access Wigston Fields without a u-turn. Please fix
