Gap in fence (at junction with A1151 road) merely a metre wide. Norfolk County Council, you had to take enforcement action here (your refs 298345 and 400990), but the gap in the fence is barely a metre wide! What research did you undertake to determine the legal width of the path here? It is inconceivable that the width is as little as a metre.
