Sent to Leicestershire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2713013.

The roadside ditches are not running away as they ought leaving ditch water, fed from adjacent fields, to run on to the highway long after rain has stopped. I am advised that this is a landowner issue (bizarre) and not a Highways issue per se but that you will resolve by advising the relevant landowner to clean and maintain his ditches. Please expedite
