Missing 6"x6" bollard outside No17 South Street

Sent to Fareham Borough Council and Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2704525.

It appears to have been sawn off at the base, something done a considerable time ago. Perhaps the council had second thoughts about putting a bollard here.
