Sent to Hampshire County Council and Winchester City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2704095.

Being a suffer of osteoarthritis being able to park close to my house would be wonderful.. so is it possible for the parking bays in Warwick way wickham to be changed into resident parking permits only some days I can not park at all the permit would be a great help to me thank you

  • I wish the council to reconsider their decision about changing the parking in the layby to permit holders for the residents only, we are all willing to pay for the permit, or can we have a permit for parking in Wickham square as it is nearer than the community centre car park as I have osteoarthritis in my knees and I cannot walk far, thank you for reading my email.
