3 street lights not working

Sent to East Lothian Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2704028.

Outside the flats there approx. 10 street lights are not covered by East Lothian council and 3 to 4 of them are not working, haven't been for a while. Also they are the only lights that haven't been changed to LED, all others in the area have been changed.
