Volume ofTraffic in and around Grantley st, Gardens and Tassie st.

Reported via mobile anonymously at 19:34, Fri 30 April 2021

Sent to Glasgow City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2700418.

Volume of traffic entering and exiting these areas into what is in effect only wide enough to allow single file traffic is creating dangers to drivers, and parked cars are being damaged due to the amount of manoeuvres involved as drivers negotiate same. There really should now be a one way system in place. These streets are no longer suitable as they are for the increased volume of traffic. Please direct this to appropriate department.

  • Congestion and near misses occurring on an almost daily basis as cars attempt to negotiate what should be a one way system. My car has been damaged and I now intend to seek legal advice, The infrastructure of this area requires traffic/ road updating to meet current volume . Has not been addressed in at least 35 years. Clearly volume of cars have increased. but traffic system not updated.
