Sent to Kent County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2700403.

The stile on the footpath leading from Pepper Pot Farm to Owlet Farm is broken. The foot step has been pulled away making it very difficult to cross the 4ft high stile

There is also barbed wire wrapped around the posts either side of the stile
