Roadworks leftover debris

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2699985.

There are numerous abandoned cones and road signs etc on the verges and central reservation on the A31 between Four Marks and Alton. This is a huge waste of money, not at all enviromentaly friendly, and an eye sore. I suspect it is also a dereliction of duty on the parts of those contractors paid to do works and presumably, paid to clean up properly behind themselves.
