Broken glass in basketball court

There is a small basketball court at the bottom end of Prince Charles Close. It is very overgrown, and is constantly littered with broken glass. I understand that this area is supposed to be swept regularly, however in the 4 years I've lived here it's always been covered in glass. Please can this area be cleared & cleaned so that it is a usable space?
