Fixed Rubbish Bin poor condition.
Reported via desktop in the Pavements/footpaths category anonymously at 09:05, Fri 30 April 2021
Sent to Halton Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2699198.
The rubbish bin at the foot of Norton Lane is in a sorry state. The base has rusted so badly that the bin is leaning towards the footpath & road and will soon be unusable. It has become an eyesore too. It certainly does not encourage residents to use it at all. Having taken part in litter picking on the Lane, we would appreciate the opportunity to use an official bin to deposit our collection of rubbish.

Still not fixed. Ridiculously, the footpath right next to the bin has been resurfaced and looks great 🙄

Nope, still leaning over although there is a big white x on the (new) pavement in front of it now.

Almost a year later and it’s slowly falling over. Hey, it’s got a new bin bag in it though! 🙄
