So after over 10x this week so far, multiple times day & nights. This self proclaimed "Disabled person with a blue badge and such a vulnerability" seem to repeatedly call emergency services all hours daily. Which police assistance always has to be present for and most times the drunken woman is arrested for aggressive behaviour to the service she rang. Or will ignore any effort to get her to open door. Repeatedly stated that she rang them. This person has been constantly involved with police, violence to staff assistance and even armed police to tazer her and dogs.she never has issues with walk to shop for daily vodka supply or doing garden for hours, even fighting police on arrest. Yet never seen her go out to work in all the years I have lived here. So instead claim benefits as she is incapable of basic care and proclaimed her own self Disabled!! Been Disabled maybe hidden Disability but never seen such a poor attitude to emergency service rang by own self nor never struggled to drink or go to get alcohol ever. Yet falsifying benefit claim to portray DWP fraud and deception. So it's acceptable to never work or try, be heavy drunken state waste emergency services because you get paid for lies and to abuse the property you are in and disregard responsibility of residents who need to get up for work as they will not sponge from the government. This lady is not alcohol dependent but abuses benefits and genuine Disabled people for drunken behaviour. Maybe it's time DWP was contacted now about the amount of fraud that's been paid for by them which is reason why it is financially possible. Never needs help getting back and to shop for you vodka but needs help with opening door.
So due to the huge impact having on residential property values been distressed and the legal rights of disturbing the peace, causing distress due to insufficient sleep and impact on all having to watch this happen. We will now be coming tomorrow with a pertinently removal of the tenant partition to be signed by all who agreed. Also public health and mental impacts of all who are impacted by her behaviour due to alcohol related abuse. If the lady is such a risk and incapability to live alone then she legal must be moved to maintain independence as impacts dealing daily is effective on other household and quality of living is poor. This lady is causing such a problem with the all street. Legal responsibility is to take appropriate action now. If you feel that you are not in agreement with signing of urgent action taken, then that is completely upstanding. But its time the woman at 47 Should be moved into either appropriate housing or changed on every time called out. I can assure that all this attention seeking behaviour will be stopped promptly.
Also meeting of residents is in place for arranging virtually about the resident of 47 as if this is to be stopped and not repeated legal action will need to be made. This is unacceptable behaviour and although it is fine her not sleeping, sadly working folk need to in order to go to work. This lady is not respectively legally seen as disabled by law. She falsifying disabilities benefit claims. All video evidence will be submitted in along side written evidence from multiple sources and on street. Along side the diary that has been kept as advised by legal authority. Please all sign and can then send promptly. Sad we pay tax for fake claims of benefits rather than make the get job like every one else does. Paying for the problem

We live in a country that creates it's own money. Your taxes are collected to control inflation, not to spend on anything. No tax money is spent on any public service. Not benefits. Not the NHS. Not the queen's panties.
The process of claiming disability benefits is not that easy I'm afraid. I applied for my brother, who is autistic and unable to read and write, after he was let go from several jobs due to an inability to follow basic processes. The private assessment centres have targets to hit and so often they will lie about the abilities of the claimant, as they did in my brother's case. He was advised to appeal through the court (which rules that the assessments were unjust in around 80% of cases) and thankfully won after over a year of struggling and hours and hours of paperwork, which had to be done by me.
Much support cannot be accessed by people who are not in receipt of disability benefits as they are seen as the mark of someone who cannot live independently as an active member of society. If you believe that this lady is mentally unstable enough to require supported accommodation then I would suggest that her receipt of disability benefits is justified. Do you expect that she should be able to work if she is incapable of living on her own without regularly using alcohol and having disruptive emotional outbursts?
I know that this must be a really difficult situation to be in, not to be able to get any peace at home, but this is not as a result of the benefit system. After all, even people who work full time and live peaceful lives receive benefits in the form of child benefit or tax credits. I would argue that it's simply the manifestation of bad luck and underfunded mental health and social care services. It may help to contact adult social care with your concerns.

Sorry to hear about your brother and unable to get any support for him. That is the harsh reality of our country sadly, the government is not willing to help people that are genuinely need of support and support the ones who abuse the whole process and claims as much as possible for falsely claiming to be needed. I work for the dwp fraud department and I have been targeted with the impact of genuine support and refused. Its wrong and I am not sure how so many false claimants managed to get away with it. It is intended solely for people who have been affected by illness and needs, not to abuse the symptom and not willing to work. You find that most of people who are claiming for disability benefit,have never paid NI or tax,always claimed some form of benefits from legal age or never worked a day ever and no responsibility for any efforts to make any progress in finding work or want to work. As what is the insensitive to getting back or into work,when you get enough money to live with no worries of paying rent,council taxes,bills that are fully charged. Also require no more than filling form out at-home,very little updated evidence needed for claim. Also in expected efforts to ensure income as received by DWP regularly. I have been working for DWP fraud team now over 10 years and never surprised to see the amount of fraud claimants and the amount of money that they paid,yet they still not happy with it. People still think that we sit watching the house,but we don't need to. We use cameras and video recordings of them,also electronic records show more than capable of getting fraud. Trust me the person who is causing such problems is not going to get away with it forever. Also when causing problems with others,more likely to report the claiming as fraud and will be investigated. Thats why if your not doing anything wrong then you need not worry. We see people like this all the time and we have easy access to get proof of fraud. Like it says walking to shop ect is enough to prosecution if started the needs of assistance in all care and support 247. Karma will be able to help in time
