Serious litter issues!

Sent to Vale of White Horse District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2695728.

This area (primarily outside Tesco) is consistently plagued with litter and cigarette butts, aside from making our village shopping area look and feel awful it also presents obvious environmental issues . Please can this area be tidied up and have the bins emptied regularly?.
