Large clump spotted a few weeks back on right as you enter lane, behind fence

Still there. Has been recently cut down and is re-sprouting. From what I understand this is part of the way of dealing with it (spray, chop, rinse & repeat) so perhaps it has been dealt with but I reported this 1 year ago now.
