The Elmers End Bazaar management were visited on 28th March and have been asked to relocate their trade bin to either their private forecourt or the land to the rear of the businesses. They understand that the bin must be moved from the public footway where it causes obstruction.

The trader has now moved the euro bin to stand on their private forecourt, off of the public footway beside the railings.
