Drain eroded

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2691761.

There is a drain here that has been completely eroded away and there's a deep rut all around it. It's right on the apex on of the south side of the bend forcing traffic out onto the other side to avoid it. Particularly nasty for cyclists to avoid at a pinch point
