Reported via Android in the Pavements/footpaths category anonymously at 10:45, Mon 26 April 2021

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2691524.

Due to the thorned vine and ivy planting growing on the hackwood rd underpass slope by Howard rd, the rail is yet again inaccessible from overgrown vegetation.
