Sent to Leicester City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2689596.

Vehicle parked outside 67 gwendolen road leicester for over 1month. vauxhall astra, blue colour , KD07 VPL. the vehicle has no insurance and mot is expired.
