Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2688082.

Last night about 2500 Lt of Raw cement Was pumped into property 1/ what was the development for Un advertised 2/ what action can be taken to “ clean up” the mess.. Could “ The Council “ please issue of * a proposed development * plan for niebouring inhabitants to have there say??????
