Road condition make signalling for cyclists very dangerous

For cyclists going north on Northfields avenue, the 50m or so stretch of road before the junction with windermere road is in extremely poor condition in the centre and right side of the northbound lane.
There are so many grooves and holes in the round that it's very difficult to clearly signal that you turning right without losing control of the bike as the handlebars get "bounced" by the poor road surface. The only way to safely navigate this stretch of road is to not signal at all - it's not possible to cycle safely with only one hand on the handlebars.
