Several cars park on the curb limiting view for when pulling onto my street

There is a shop & several units based opposite my street and the owners and customers park on the end of my street. They are blocking the entrance to the street meaning you have to drive on the wrong side of the street until you get past the parked cars. Because it is on a bend, drivers have to be caucious of cars comming down the street and i have had to slam on my breaks to avoid collision several times. Can double yellow lines be put there?
