Rotten bollard on pavement

The bollard wooden thick one has rotted at base and coming out of grass verge outside 57 entrance Lovedean Lane Waterlooville Po88hr needs replacing and cementing in with appropriate size to stop workman parking on verges

    Not repaired properly no cement so hence bollard kicked over again on weekend 5/6/21

    It was just dug back in not cemented and Saturday night vandal pulled it out again reported it again but today 18/06/2021 still not fixed
