Hazardous road safety bollards

Adjacent to both McDonald’s and the entrance to the Brighton Hill Retail Park, their are remnants of several road safety bollards.

These pose both a trip hazard to pedestrians and also a hazard to vehicles/bikes particularly in low light which could potentially cause extensive damage.

I have witnessed several vehicles parking their at their own risk.
