Outside 16 The Warren Drive, Wanstead, London E11 2LR. Car registration number OV09 AZF Toyoto, blue. This car has a cracked windscreen and no windscreen wipers. Someone was seen getting out of it and getting into another car on Wednesday 25th July in the evening.
