BT manhole destroyed by builders

There is a manhole cover that has collapsed (due to being overloaded by driving over it with a HGV or similar). The hole has been covered by a chipboard piece of wood which has itself collapsed. This is very hazardous to anybody using the cycleway. This is right next to the building site on Derby Road over the road from Pizza hut.
