Sent to Norfolk County Council 2 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 268450.

It's on the slipway (cycle path) that enters onto Middleton Road, outside house number 196, roughly.

It's a big kerb stone sticking up about 2". If a cyclist hits it (say at night) they're going to be thrown into the road
