Lorries, vans etc parking

When lorries and vans park half on pavement half in road they obscure vision at the crossing and block the flow of traffic. It really needs bollards to stop parking in front of the shop. There has already been a collision there which the police where in attendance to, it’s just a matter of time before someone gets seriously hurt either on the crossing or in a car
