Roads and Pavement require maintenance

Now that we are charged over 60% higher permit costs, can the following be done:

Both Frances Road and Bounty Road require resurfacing. The roads have cracks in them, the speedbumps are uneven and too harsh, and the markings road markings are faded.

Also, the parking markings on both roads are not economic enough which means used spaces are left, preventing more cars from parking.

The footpaths are uneven and full of weeds growing out of them.

Lastly, there are still cars parked with old or no permits. Please ensure these cars are not taking space from permit paying residents more often.
