Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2681227.

The path that runs parallel to Worting Road cemetery,toward the Kings Furlong footbridge is covered in leaf litter and general filth,in places Making it unsafe and slippery, especially for anyone on a bike, or walking their dogs.need a really good sweep along here or something
