I am unhappy with your response to my complaint about the closure of the Milton Road. You found “no problem “ and yet the road was closed for several days which caused problems for emergency vehicles and caused some drivers to cut through hedges to drive on footpaths. It is now mended but your investigation of a significant issue was apparently very poor.
