Vehicles routinely travelling in excess of 35-40mph in 20mph zone. There will be a death. Motorised scooters and bicycles using narrow footpath which is very dangerous for pedestrians. Suggest speed cameras and a weight/size limit to force lorries and vans to use bypass as it is in close proximity to Hollow Way which is a residential road, not an A-road. Air/noise pollution increasing daily.
