Van has leaked a substantial amount of engine oil on to pavement and road

The van has been leaking oil for some time now and has left a number of oil patches on the road and in Beech Hurst Close, Maidstone.

    Vehicle has continued to leak diesel on to pavement and road. A KCC Highways van examined the scene on 21/4 but no action appears to have been taken.
