Blocked pathways by parked vehicles, encroached fences and over growing ivy

Reported via mobile in the Pavements/footpaths category anonymously at 09:11, Saturday 17 April 2021

Sent to Hertfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The pathway into Sefton Road is always obstructed by bins, cars encroached fencing and over grown ivy making it impossible to walk safely with children into the road. Vehicles drive very fast into the road and parking on the corner and around the bend in the road is making it dangerous and could prevent emergency service vehicles reaching properties at the end of the road
