Teenagers damaging the playground equipment

This afternoon I took my 2 year old to our local playground and a bunch of teenagers were damaging the equipment as you can see in the pic, there were literally trying to break the equipment, extremely sad, plus, they were riding their bikes, racing against each other on the ramp used by little kids. Kids were afraid and it was such a big risk for everyone there.
