Badly parked van left for a week

This transit van has been left parked on a junction which is very busy. It is blocking the pavement for pedestrians and also the view of traffic to anyone pulling out of the junction or leaving their driveways. It doesn’t belong to any nearby neighbours and we can’t find out who owns it?

    This van has been left on a very busy junction for the past 3 days, pedestrians struggle to get past and it makes pulling off a drive dangerous, we can not find out who owns it.
