Refuse bins not collect over 3 weeks

Sent to South Oxfordshire District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2672431.

I live on 4 Squires Walk and it is the second week that the bins have not been cleared.

These are now overflowing, since these haven't been collected since nearly Easter.

Can this be resolved please? I have no further space to put more full bin bags.
