Alcohol can drinkers on Cranbrook Rd pavement

Week after week I see alcohol can drinking drunks outside Corals the bookmakers in Cranbrook Road and yet this is a No Drinking zone which should be enforced by Redbridge council or local police.

I have had lots of communication with the local police on this problem and have seen an improvement. However these drunken drinkers will insist on returning for to often.
