Non collection of recycling waste.

Reported via desktop in the Rubbish (refuse and recycling) category anonymously at 12:48, Tuesday 13 April 2021

Sent to Birmingham City Council less than a minute later

Recycling waste at 25 and 23 Baldwins Lane has not been collected for almost 6 weeks. Previously have waited 3 months for collection of recycling. This has been an ongoing problem since the apartments were built and Fleet and Waste at Birmingham City Council do not seem to be interested in solving the problem. The recycling bins are once again overflowing which encourages vermin. What do residents here have to do to ensure a fortnightly collection of recycling. I have previously been told that the situation will be monitored, however that is obviously not happening. If monitoring took place it would show that the recycling is not being collected and hopefully action would be taken. THIS IS NOT AN ISOLATED PROBLEM BUT CONTINUED INACTION ON BEHALF OF BIRMINGHAM CITY COUNCIL.
