I am a Safety Officer & Bus Driver working for Arriva Bus's as this is the Main Junction for Bus's to Crossover the Pedestrians Traffic Lights on Bothside's was switching to RED - THIS IS NOT HAPPENING AT PRESENT MAY BE THE SENSOR'S NOT WORKING.

As this is a Fastmoving Road we just waiting for a Major incident to happen.

As buses can not crossover it's taking a long time this is creating more hazards of Traffic. CAN PLEASE LOOK AT THIS ISSUE URGENTLY.

It's taking our drivers between 6 - 8 mins to crossover on peak times plus our drivers have had few hazardous moments with the oncoming traffic in both directions, because it is taking a long time to crossover this has affected our time punctuality on this route 58/58A

As safety is our first priority for our passengers & public & our drivers.

Shyam how long will this take to resolve, before we have a serious incident at this junction.
