Sent to South Oxfordshire District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2661882.

Overnight on 7th April 2 black bins for Neath Port Talbot County Boro' Council stuffed full of garden waste were left on the side of our road. Today's brown bin crew have refused to empty them - good! - but they do not belong to any residents. 1 is even has no 29 stuck on whereas properties are 12 - 36 (houses) & shops/flats below these nos + 4 separate flats nos 5 -11. Could these please be removed as they are heavy + not ours. Thanks!
