Pothole repair

There is a pot hole on the pavement outside of the Willesborough post office. I have just witnessed a KCC employee take a bag of loose tarmac from the his van and then proceed to pour it in to the pothole. He then stomped it down with his feet!!! All this was done whilst he was talking on his mobile. If this is the standard KCC deems acceptable then you are an absolute joke. I have some of this on video too and have a good mind to contact the local news outlet so they can report the standard of works that the KCC are carrying out. Personally the guy should be fired. I am so angry and in disbelief that this is how you tackle potholes in pavements. Do you really think this bang up job will last any more than 5 mins before the tarmac comes out. What a disgrace.
