Excessive road damage

This road has been damaged for over 6 months. I reported it to the council who said it had been sorted but it hasn't. The road has eroded and has massive holes at the left hand side when driving down into easterhouse. At the top of the hill. I previously went down it in my car damaging the body skirt. My aunt has scrapped the bottom of her car on the road as have other drivers. You can see the scratches from other cars on the road. When it has rained its impossible to see these holes. And it's impossible to avoid them if there are cars coming up the hill. You can find yourself having no option but to go down the holes to avoid hitting oncoming traffic.
