Hello, i am the owner of 174 Abingdon Road - we currently don't have access to mains drainage and our old septic tank has recently collapsed - we are looking to replace it with a bio-digester tank to bring it up to new requirements - i have had 3 quotes to do this and they have all advised that the only way to remove the processed water would be into the road drain outside the property - we believe there is already an overflow pipe into this drain to this would be an upgrade. We have provisionally arranged for work to start in early May (as the tank is currently dangerous and this was as soon as we could get the new tank) but would obviously need permission before we carry out the work. I did call today but was advised to request this via this portal - Many Thanks Michelle
