Illegal Parking causing obstruction

Sent to Bury Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2656831.

Rear cobbled access road / alley running between Withins Ave, RIGBY Ave and Blenmar Cl (runs parallel to Bury Rd) is subject to constant obstruction from cars left there. Obstructs bin wagons and emergency access as well as resident access to garages and rear drive ways. Illegal parking and obstruction has become a constant especially in evening - residents unable to access road using their vehicles or leave driveways.
